"I've never done a Mindy Mylrea workout before but I knew she's meant to be very good and with a good reputation, so I gave this a shot. I'm glad I did. It is excellent.
There are four 15 minute segments and each is a little different than the others. You need a step for the first three segments - there are moves done here that I've not done on the step before; soccer dribbles and slalom type moves. This makes it really interesting and fun. Then the last segment is a floor workout that's supposed to be a mixed low and high impact workout, yet it's kind of more high than low.
Mindy's technique, form and cuing is top notch and based on this routine, I'm willing to try all her other workouts. It's about 80 minutes long and well worth every penny."

"I have been an advanced home exerciser for about 5 years now and I just purchased this dvd last month and let me say WOW! I am very pleased with the DE and advanced workouts- this workout is in 4 segments so I can mix and match some segments, or even one segment with other workouts I own. Or I can do the whole thing, which at this point I dont even know if I can do! This is very intense on the legs and continually keeps you moving. There is the sporty step, kickbox step and all out intervals ( all used with a step) then there is one high and low section that is the hardest high and low I have yet done- I love it! I love a challenge and this is definately that. I can do the entire workout but I am breathing very heavy between each one. So I still have to master this! If you have been working out on a step for some time, definately buy this if you are looking for something more challenging."
