Fitness workout works!

"First of all, I'm not a person who likes to exercise...but when I put the first of the three DVDs in my player and began the first 12 minute workout, I knew right then that I was going to enjoy it! I switch from Walking to Fitness to Dance...a different program each day. Mind over matter, baby...that's what it's all about!

Great Walking Workout

"I wasn't aware of Shaun McGeahy until I came across this DVD on Amazon. I'm always looking for a new walking workout, so I got it. I don't know how well the subliminal suggestions will work, but the workout itself is great. It's the right amount of time (30 min, but also broken down into 12 min segments) and I worked at a good intensity the whole time. I sometimes got off-step because of his cueing, but that's no big deal to me. The 30 min is broken down into three 10 min routines. He goes thru the steps, adds on and then we do the whole routine a few times. I usually hate these 'take it from the top' workouts, but this one I really enjoyed, maybe because the moves were simple and just make sense. This will definately be in my cardio rotation."

"Really liked the workout, however towards the end of the 30 minute workout his counts aren't consistent and he begins to lose time with the music. Making it difficult to switch moves easily."
