I put off watching this movie for a long time because I thought it was another "teen falls in love" or "lost loves reunite" Rom-Com, but much to my surprise, it's MUCH more than that. It was brilliant and I loved it! Andy Garcia as straight-laced George is perfect and Vera Farmiga as funny-loving Edith is superb. Their characters are very believable and charming. Falling in love is a beautiful thing. Falling in love at an inappropriate time in your life can be tragic, funny, heartwarming, and a thousand other amazing feelings if it's done right. And Adam Rodgers did it just right. Perfectly cast, wonderfully acted and brilliantly timed, this is a movie you will enjoy much, much more than you think you will, even given this review.
