Holy smokes! This was a very hard movie to watch because of the pain it conveys. A father and author of children's books, Benedict Cumberbatch, loses his 7-year-old daughter while paying for some groceries. Of course, he blames himself and can't endure the heartache. He sees her often and hears her too. He and his wife split up and he gets writer's block. His friend goes through a mental crisis. Truly a very dark drama but excellently told.
