Thought I am not familiar with the Historical accuracy of the film, the film manages to capture its time pretty well. Pilar Lopez de Ayala is pure brilliance, she steals the show easily, succeeds in delivering a performence so mesmerising and wonderful. She is easily immersed in the charecter of the 'Queen' and you can't help but feel every bit of her emotion, pain, sorrow and love. A fine piece of cinema."
