Movie Reviews

A devoted Satchmo fan's subjective opinion
William L. Baker | Norman Oklahoma | 01/18/2008
(3 out of 5 stars)

"this is pleasant nostalgia trip for people like me who have been devoted fans of Louis for many years. The DVD consists mostly of short segments of TV guest appearances, and movie parts, and short segments of concerts. The cover blurb says "Louis Armstrong was a regular fixture on American Television. He was such a well loved figure that nearly every variety and talk show invited Louis to make an appearance on their program, " and a collection of those segment is basicly what theis DVD is."
