"I am very disappointed because this 2 dvd set is composed of two of her previously released dvds which I already have. The only thing different is the name of the 2 dvd set. It includes Progressive Pilates for Weight Loss and 4-10 Minute Target-Tone Workouts. I really like both of the dvds but can't see paying twice for the same thing. I was looking forward to a new workout of hers."

"First..this is a cheaper way to get the 2 DVDs...that will change you body.
This has been an essential part of my rehabilitation after a serious ski injury. I love this workout- standing pilates!!- Increased core strength, balance, ability to perform other activities, cardio, toning...I could not be happier! Read the other reviews of the separate DVD's to learn more. I would highly recommend these DVDs - especially if you are in rehab stage (by the way I am a physical therapist). Finally I found a way to get back in shape!"

"This 2 dvd series is fantastic! I do the total body 50 minute workout 3 times a week and rotate the 4 workouts in one dvd on alternate days to target abs, arms, thighs and butt. It works. My clothes fit a lot better after just 3 weeks and the variety keeps me from getting board. On top of that, it hardly feels like work, and gets me ready for my day. I highly recommend this product"
