Scenes of the beach at different times including natural sound effects with or without soft music. Nice way to wind down - set your TV to sleep mode and it will lull you to sleep.

Computer Animation
Joseph M. Canon | North Hollywood, CA | 03/10/2008
(2 out of 5 stars)

"Anyone who buys this DVD should be aware it is a computer animation. The animation is pretty good, and one scene is actually pretty photo-realistic, however, it was not what I was expecting, nor wanted. Looking at the ad now, I guess I should have guessed it when it said "Screen Saver"; but I was in too much of a hurry, and didn't realize till I actually played the DVD that it was in fact just that. Disappointing to say the least. This probably wouldn't be a half-bad screen-saver, if I cared enough, and had the time, to try to figure out how to load it on my computer. Was expecting someone would have gone to one of the 100s of beautiful beaches in this world and videotaped it for an hour or two, so that people like me, who have little or no "free" time, could actually enjoy a little break every once in a while."

"First and foremost this is not a "living beaches" DVD. It's a computer generated DVD and a bad one at that. It looks really fake and I am printing out a return label as we speak."
