"First, I just have to say that Leslie Sansone has changed my life. I have lost more than thirty pounds since starting her workout DVD's in February, 2009, six months ago.
Her newest DVD, Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection, is fantastic! As soon as I got it, I couldn't wait to "get off the couch" and dig in.
The music is good, she doesn't over-talk with her fellow walkers (which can get annoying on some of her DVD's). The cues are right-on, the pace quick, and the moves enjoyable and not confusing. I just love the 3 miles and the 4 mile walks on this DVD - the three mile also incorporates the use of the band (included) while you continue to walk - the four mile does not use the band, but you get so much of a workout that you don't need it. The moves are basic - not boosted - and not confusing. You power walk, do knee lifts, kicks, side steps (single and double and some doubles with kick-backs or taps) and kickbacks (and some double kickbacks, which I had never seen before, but, which are pretty easy to do).

"These 4 walks are previously released DVDs, it's a combination of older workouts,so if you have the 1 Mile with Weighted Balls walk and the 2,3, and 4 Mile WATP Express Walks, then you have the workouts.
1 mile get up & get started - 18 minutes includes warm up and stretch
2 mile brisk walk- 30 minutes - includes warm up and stretch
3 mile advanced walk- 51 minutes -includes warm up and stretch
4 mile super challenge- 60 minutes - includes warm up and stretch
There is nothing "NEW" about these! I wasted my money on DVDs I already own! This is my fault, for not being patient, and waiting for the reviews to come out. I enjoy the Weighted ball series, and the WATP Express series, and they are good. I don't think, I will be buying anymore of her dvds, they just all seem to be repackaged, like with two other dvd sets, that are out now. So if you have been buying her dvds, then you might already own them, so read carefully.
They have the same moves, as all her other dvds, except the walk and kick, which just do some punching, jogging and you have the other dvds. I purchase her dvds, just so I don't have to look at the same people and scenery, day in and day out.
It comes with a stretchy band, which is even more of a value, because my 3 mile express didn't come with one! You will use the stretchy in the 2 & 3 mile express. You will need light weights or balls for the 1 mile WATP, and the 4 mile, doesn't use any eqipment.
If you don't already own this, and you are a new buyer, then it is a good value for the money, considering I paid around ten to thirteen dollars for each dvd individually, so you can now get all of them for around 10-13 dollars, for all 4. The exercises are fun and doable, and you will get results.
So, if you own...2 and 3 mile workouts from her Express workouts and the 4 mile from her Express II workout set, and you own the 1 mile original WAP "Get Up & Get Started" which she has on at least three other different DVD sets. Just don't buy the Express set, because they are all on here.
If you don't own her Express set, then this would be a great buy for you, and will save you tons of money, too bad for us who already own them."

With Leslie is her group of walkers who range in age from 20 to 70 years.Each workout uses the strechie band which is included with the dvd,except the 4 mile super challenge.
The dvd includes;
1 mile get up & get started- 18 minutes
2 mile brisk walk- 30 minutes
3 mile advanced walk- 51 minutes
4 mle super challenge- 60 minutes.
While doing the 2 mile brisk walk,I wore a heart monitor and burned 179 calories,and the 4 mile super challenge,I burned 447 calories."

"Don't buy this dvd if you already have the 1 mile,2 mile 3 mile and 4 mile dvds as this is just putting them all onto one dvd which is rather dissappointing.They are good workouts but if like me you already have them then it is a waste of money"
