The level of program quality is very high. Coach Wilkens' "Chalk Talk" offers tips and insights from a two-time hall-of-famer and is easy to follow. The "Chalk Talk" section uses freeze frame, slow motion and a telestrator that I thought was very innovative. I highly recommend this two-tape set for any parent, coach or player who is looking for drills and excercises that will take their game to the next level. This video set also comes with a 60-page pocket workbook that gives an overview of each drill and exercise and allows you to take what you learned on tape out to the court. As some reviewers have noted, it is not entertaining; but, that's not why I got the tape. We have many tapes and DVDs that ARE entertaining. This one does one thing and does it well: it teaches kids the fundamentals of roundball and gives them great drills. I had to stop the tape so they could go to bed--they loved it. Highly recommended."
