"This dvd has become one of my favorite workouts. This workout is not for advanced excercisers, but as a beginner to yoga, I found it challenging enough to keep me interested, but not so tough I wanted to give up. Also, didn't find it to be so much fat burner as strengthening. Overall, pretty happy, though I wish it was a little more aerobic so I wouldn't have to do cardio in addition."

"I loved Leisa Hart's Fitmama Yoga on her postnatal video, so I decided to give this one a try. It is wonderful! It is a great workout, but the strength of the video is really how easy it is to follow Leisa's instructions as a yoga beginner. She explains things so well that when you are in the positions and can't see the screen, you can follow what she says to complete the sequence correctly. In so many videos you find yourself having to stop and look up to figure out what's going on, but not in this workout! It's fun and challenging and the modifications and instruction make it so accessible. This has quickly become my favorite workout!"

"i have tried many forms of yoga, and this is workout has a nice variety of traditional yoga and power yoga...yoggies would even like it, it is straight forward and the instructor gave great tips...i tried various modifications that were explained and i got more out of this that i expected, i have become a big fan of Leisa Hart."
