"A troubled teenager with more than one brush with the law is given a chance to straighten out when he's sent to work at a camp where blind youngsters learn to adjust to daily life. There he meets and falls in love with a talented gymnast blinded in a fall. Sensitive teen drama stars Jeremy London, Gina Philips, Christine Taylor. Jeremy London makes enough mistakes to make him believable, including making friends with a young blind boy at the camp by encouraging him to pretend he is a cowboy, then breaking a promise to ride with him, causing the young boy to ride off alone. At the end of the movie, Jeremy must make a choice between his criminal friends, and his new camp friends, and again, he goes far enough toward the wrong choice to make him real. This is a great family film that I would highly recommend."

"Rick and Lindsay meet at a rehabilitation camp for the blind, they each have a challenge to overcome. Lindsay is coping with blindness, and Rick must prove that he can be trusted. Although they clash at first, it isn't long before they are leaning on each other for strength. This is a well-written story of redemption and self-esteem that can be watched by the whole family."

"This is a nice family friendly film with a message. Who you choose for friends is very important! The story starts out with a boy that is in juvenile detention, who is given a chance to serve out part of his time on a ranch to help blind people. His love of, and experience with horses draws him to this job, where at first, he's just putting in his time until his friends can help him escape. After a while, he begins to enjoy being a part of the ranch, and learns about being a true friend to a little boy that doesn't speak, and a young gymnast that has just become blind. He does make mistakes, but learns through them and ends up making the right choice. This is a very nice story with a satisfying ending."
