A waste of good animation

"This anime has the worst dialogue I've ever heard. The plot is rushed and one-dimensional. There is no real conflict throughout the whole movie except: "Stop the evil mastermind from becoming all-powerful" The voice-acting is so bad that I felt physical pain in my brain from listening to it. The characters were unimaginative and fake. Half the lines in the movie were repeated over and over again Mojo-Jojo (Powerpuff Girls) style. The animation is quite good quality, but unfortunately, that's the only positive in the whole thing. This is a complete waste of money, if you want a good fantasy anime, go get Legend Of Crystania or Berserk."

"A quiet city ("village") is attacked by combat machines frm the sky and the father of the main male lead is killed by a brutal woman who pops open a machine and steps out. The killer tracks down the boy and then kills his sister, who is trying to defend him. Only the sister isn't dead; she is one of the three people who have a colored eye, and are avatars of gods long gone from the earth. Then they find out that the killer is the girl's own sister; that she had unbeknownst to herself been sent to murder her true father by the man who claimed to be her father and raised her as his princess heir. All to gain power over the family heredity - power over the wind.So begins a series of chases, where a giant floating city ruled by a pure, evil maniac launches great flying-wing ships and fighters in pursuit. Summoned by the spirits of the god, people are carried on beams of light through the sky. Quiet a bit of people interaction results - this isn't a mindless action flick, but a story; there's a small amount of nudity, anime style, and it isn't thrown in dance-hall girl style - it's not a sexy movie. It's a story...."
