Member Movie Reviews Walter K. (WalterKuzens) from CLACKAMAS, OR Reviewed on 7/11/2022... I am no big fan of musicals, so take this with a grain of salt. The movie itself is fantastic, because the lead characters do indeed have charisma, and some of the music is amazing but the song and dance parts actually detracted from my experience. The singing was fine, the dancing skilled (though felt repetitive) but there was nothing memorable. No song or tune lingers in my mind, but the story and acting do. So it's a great movie with these distracting (though decent) musical and dance numbers. Maybe a 2nd viewing will change my mind but likely I'll be picking up the remote to fast forward through some of it. Again. 2 of 2 member(s) found this review helpful. K. K.
