"I love this DVD. You can just do the warmup (which does get the blood moving), 1st workout, and cooldown (good for beginners)or do the whole routine for a more intense workout. Either way you definately will feel your lower half the next day! Kathy gives good instruction and the moves are easy to follow. It also feels like an aerobic workout as well with the flow from one set of movements to the next. For those of you who don't like to exercise (like me) you will love how fast it goes. Just when I think I can't do anymore. . .it's over!"

"I have tried out other DVDs by Kathy like Functionally Fit,Peak fat Burning and Weight Loss work out. Functionally Fit has really worked for me.I rarely do Weight Loss work out as it's a lengthy one..but if u have plenty of time..u can follow that as that's also a good one.I thought of concentrating more on my lower body which is a little bit out of shape.It has more or less same moves and some new ones that are there in Functionally Fit but it's a dedicated lower body workout..U'll not be out of breath as the moves are not that first..But it'll certainly firm up ur lower body.Over all it's a good one."
