Loved it!! Great warm up, different exercises throughout, so makes you think more as not just the normal exercises, no doubt works muscles a little differently, too, which is good. Easy transitions, but challenging enough to require concentration, and transitions frequently so you do not get bored with repetitions, but will hold your interest for many workouts, I would imagine. Gets right into workout, which is unusual, no talking, loved that and was 30 minutes, not too long for summer, but long enough that you feel you've worked out.

"Karen Voight is so good at challenging you by always mixing it up! You never get bored and you always use new muscles. The only thing that bothered me about this DVD was that there was no cool down or stretching AT ALL. It ended so abruptly. When the credits came up I thought the DVD skipped and I missed something. So I was standing there sweating with my heartrate up and had to cool down and stretch on my own. Other than that, I'd recommend it."

"Let me just say that I'm a huge Karen Voight fan! I've been working out with her since Great Weighted Workout all the way to Burn and Firm. I got this dvd just to mix things up a bit. I was not impressed. I loved Strong and Smooth moves! Now thats a workout! This DVD felt like it was more for beginers! The moves are a little complicated though. I consider myself pretty good at picking up intricate steps, but I had a hard time learning these moves! I love Karens style of teaching! So if youre considering buying one of her dvds please buy Burn and Firm or Strong and Smooth moves!"

"I was looking for a new workout that I can get done in 30-40 minutes and had heard good things about Karen Voight. The exercise routine is fun and challenging and has some different moves that I've never seen before. Its a good workout, keeps my interest and I will be buying other workouts from karen voight in the future."

"Awesome workout. Great music. It's all variety. You're not doing the same thing for 5 minutes like in some workouts. In fact, she changes it up so much that it just flies by. 30 minutes of cardio but it doesn't feel like it. I add weights, situps, stretching of my own afterward since this is simply a 30 minute cardio workout. Great value for the price. You'll be using it lots. Thanks again Karen."

"I own 2 Karen Voight workouts, this being one of them. This is definately the more lower impact and its a good short workout for those days I dont feel like doing too much. I usually combine this however with Tamilee Webbs Cardio assests cardio to make it one hour of cardio. Or I do a 10 min butt workout of hers to add to it. You do get your heart rate up a few times but I am used to stepping and kickboxing, and those plyometric jumps and hops, so it was nice to have a more lower impact workout, which we all need."
