Great instructor, pretty good moves, annoying camera work

"This is converted from an old 2001 VHS. The menu system is good & has a few chapters. The sound is old style, but Juliane uses a headset like any exercise gym instructor does, but I can hear her clearly. She has two students behind her, one a guy & one a girl which is good set in a regular gym. The music is pretty good, some real singing which is helpful.
What bothered me was the camera work. There is one in front & steady which is great. The other is way over to her right, sometimes on the floor, sometimes almost shoulder level, zooming on her abs or feet WAY too long or moving & it doesn't have stabilization, so you get dizzy watching. When that camera is used for almost a full minute at a time, she'll show part of a move 4x & say,m "You got that?" & I want to say, "No, all I saw was the floor & feet the whole time!"
There are many types of dance moves... latin - mambos, lotsa cha-chas, cumbia, african, jazz, little bellydance hip lift & lotsa leaps. She puts them together in routines & she changes to new moves fast. I didn't like most of the dance moves, but that's my opinion.
She doesn't slow down when teaching, but she will break down the upper from the lower body or show you a simplified version first. She also cues YOUR left/right, not hers. Juliane is a lot of fun & encouraging.
The first 40 min has warm-up, all those dance moves in routine except the hip hop. The last 13 min is her showing you a hip hop routine in diff outfit. She teaches well, has you repeat each count several times before going on to the next one which is great. I liked the stylish moves she chose. Just the camera killed it for me.
This is best for those who've already done a few dance workout dvds or instructional or taken some basic dance classes.
