It's more about the philosophy of Abercrombie's approach and if you've ever listened to a single thing he has recorded, you know how unique his style is. I wouldn't recommend this to learn improvisation, but more to get into Abercrombie's head and see how he's seeing things. You could buy 1000 different artist's dvds on improv and come out with 1000 totally different philosophies, so here's another one!"
