The insidious series keeps getting better and better. The horror audio and visuals were great as was the plotline that had many unexpected twists. Watch this late at night in the dark and it will be hair raising with goodbumps! A must for Horror Fans!

The review below is wrong. I rated 4/5 and checked Amazon ratings on all the movies and they were all 4/5 stars averaged by reviewers. Maybe, the reviewer below watched some other version of this. This third installment was great in my opinion shared by many on Amazon too!

I've been a follower of the Insidious series since it began and this was just one big let down. The only redeeming factor was the high quality of acting. The storyline left me wondering why I even bothered with the movie at all. To call this a pre-quell is to do all pre-quells a grave injustice. 2 out of five stars.
