Disappointing offering

"I had previously purchased one of Icon Men's workout DVD's, "Chest and Arms" featuring John Kesler. I have been very happy with that DVD, so I thought I would purchase the Robert Amstler Chest and Arms offering from Icon Men. What a disappointment!
First, there is no chest routine on this DVD. It contains demonstrations of several arm workouts, an unusual ab routine, and an extended and useless segment showing Robert shadow-boxing.
Several of the tricep exercises are called by Robert "tricep curls", and this is not corrected by those who put the DVD together. Of course, there are no curl movements for the triceps as it cannot curl. Curls are bicep and brachialis movments.
This DVD clearly misrepresents itself, as it contains no chest routines, and the showdow-boxing segment takes up about one-third of the entire DVD.
Image quality and lighting are mediocre and Robert A. cannot match the excellent presentation made by John Kesler on his far superior Icon Men DVD, which I have no hesitation to recomment over the Robert Amstler DVD."
Motivating and Exciting

"There's nothing more motivating then to be given workout and fitness tips from a master. I really got my money's worth from the tips straight from the trainer himself as well as see the miraculous results in his own body. I definitely recommend."
