Search - Hobbit Trilogy (DVD) on DVD

I had only seen the first of the trilogy of Hobbit movies, so I really enjoyed and appreciated seeing the following two movies, too. But, one of the things that I loved about this was all the extra special features that were included.

I found it amazing and mind-blowing all that went into making the three movies. I think it spanned 2 1/2 years. And, they did all these blogs, going from department to department, showing what was involved.
The make-up, costumes, prosthetics, battle equipment, making the sets, the CGI, the production, the music, talking to the actors, and even the enormity of preparing and feeding lunch to a couple of hundred people.

I think one of my favorites was the one where they talked about New Zealand, and showed videos of the incredibly beautiful country. So much of it was filmed on location all around the country.
Another favorite was where they talked about, and even interviewed some of the extras, and showed them being rehearsed for the battle scenes, and then showed the actual battle scenes.

This includes all 3 hobbit movies each with bonus disc. great 6 disc set.
