I really love this workout! It's really nice that Tracey Staehle has put one out that is more than 60 minutes (this one runs 71 minutes for the step portion from warm-up to 2nd section take-it-from-the-top). The choreography is just the right mix--simple enough to pick up quickly but challenging enough to be interesting once you've got it down. Tracey used intervals in High Intensity Mix 1 and Step Sweatfeast but these for some reason are my favorite. They are also challenging but not over the top and very effective. I'm always too worn out to do the extra toning after the cardio segments, but I've been really pleased with what I have done.
The music is good too, very engaging and helps keep you going.
My only complaint would be about a mistake in the choreography at the end of the 5th combination in the 1st segment, she goes the wrong direction and the camera angels don't help you figure it out. I had to mess up and be turned around a few times and realize which direction I was supposed to go. But it's not that hard to see and you can easily step around it.
A great workout to add to your step collection!
