Movie Reviews

Dont believe the hype.

"I waited forever to get this dvd in the mail and after the 2002 one i thought that this year would be much better but its not the case at all. They spent god knows how much money on a camera crane for crowd reactions and dancing, but you'd swear the thing was broken judging by the amount they use it. Im convinced that the makers of this dvd selfishly kept all the quality, funny and interesting footage for themselves and gave us the boring stuff. Why would you put half of one of the best hellfest moments (every time i die stage dive) on the dvd menu but not put it on dvd itself?? Other things like the lamb of god "wall of death" you would just assume it would be on there. Also the highlight reels can be found on the high roller studios website as trailers so half the second disc is useless. Despite the terrible scene selection the performances are great and the sound quality is very good as well. So if you like the bands on this dvd, then get it but if you are looking for the best of hellfest in video form , you wont find much here, you're better off going to the festival in person. Too bad the promotion for this dvd is better then the actual dvd itself."
