"Great scenes of Europe pre-U.S.S.R breakup. The Berlin Wall was a formidable thing to see. When our hero gets caught up in a spygame where they shoot bullets instead of paintballs he knows he's in trouble. If you enjoyed movies like "Top Secret", "Little Nikita", and "Sneakers" you should enjoy this movie. It is a mix of action and comedy. It moves at a good pace. Good cast, sets, and music."
Excellent movie!

"I love this movie since my preteen years. After watching it again and again, it makes me think of Bourne Identity and Mission Impossible, just it has that eighties movies/music cheesiness I love! It has a great plot and the acting is decent. Nice to see the ER doc with hair, too."

"It was 1985, songs still had lyrics and the bigger your hair the more popular you were.
One of the few movies capturing the 80's feeling with a great story line and future actors taking their first bow in movie world.
Set in the cold war era, it takes the viewer on a rollercoaster ride through Paris and Germany.
With a balance of adventure, action, comedy and a bit of a love story it becomes an alltime favorite.
Jonathan Moore(Edwards) plays a naive all American student on a trip to Europe with loosing his virginity as his first priority.
He gets played by an experienced operative (Fiorentino) in more ways then one and ends up being chased by CIA & KGB for carrying spy information across the border.
Back on his own turf he controls the game and falls back on his skills as paintball wiz to let the bad guys take the fall.
Excellent music of the time with Frankie Goes to Hollywood & Nick Kershaw to name a few.

"This movie brings me back to the old days. I remembered it being great fun to watch, and it still is. If ever I feel like watching an intertaining movie, I can never go wrong with this one. People might feel different, but if you liked the 80's and it's humor, you will like this."

"Gotcha stars Anthony Edward of ER and Jsu Garcia of Wildcats and Nightmare of Elm Street as two high school kids who go to Europe for vacation.Garcia, thinking he's a player, leaves Edwards to himself where he meets with up Sasha, played by Linda Forientino, who comes off as a very mysterious person with an awsome accent who takes interest in virgins.she seduces and uses Johnathan (anthony edwards) into going with her to the commuinst East Berlin for some business that she has to tend to. Edwards, being blinded by love, doesn't know what's going on, but soon will, in a hard way.Gotcha is an awsome movie with rich cinemetography as the film was shot in Europe.excellent movie!! i recommend it."
