This DVD has a bit of everything. 10 minute jump rope cardio workout to start (I used an imaginary jump rope.) Next, there's a 10 minute kettlebell workout which I really enjoyed. The instructor had some different kettlebell exercises than your usual kettlebell swing variations. I used a 5 lb dumbbell instead of a kettlebell. Finally, Jennifer Galardi leads a ten minute yoga segment. The yoga was a nice flow an good for any level, however, I prefer Jennifer's dance workouts. All in all, a well rounded 30 minutes with cardio, strength, and flexibility training. I would have liked a bit longer with each section, though.
