"What do you look for in an animé?Cute girls? Check.
Lots of comedy/silliness? Check.
Cool spaceships? Check.
Super/special powers? Check.
Catchy/cool opening/closing music? Check.
An interesting and well developed storyline? Check. It just doesn't get much better than this. This animé is one of the best ones I have come across in a long time. My only complaint is that they are too short! Each episode everages about 12 minutes. I understand that this is because this is a "mini" animé taken from a larger composite show from when it was originally made in Japan. But, at least they include 7 episodes on the disk.Check this animé out if you are into animé at all. It is going to be in the running for the best animé released in 2004."

"Galaxy Angel Z volume 2 has more of the slap happy comedy any GA fan has come to know the show more. And volume does not disappoint.
In Deep Fried Egg Rolls of Love, we get to see a much younger Colonel Volcott assisting a group of Girls known as the Fairy Brigade. The interesting thing is that the Fairy Brigade members look an awful lot like the Galaxy Angels! Family relation? Hmmmmmm....
Wedding Cake Combiner Special takes the whole combining robot idea and just totally messes with it. The Angels have been assigned to pilot a combining robot, but keep failing as Ranpha has gone off to get married! The ending is something else to see!
In a nod to the legend of Robin Hood, GA Analytic Tea Ceremony follows the Angels as they rob the rich Dream Foundation for stealing people's money (including theirs!) and giving it to the poor. This all happens while a couple of officers are visiting the base to discover how it is the Angels and their commander perform as they do. Remember this line while watching it, when you do everything right, it can appear that you're not doing anything at all.
Normad finally gets fed up with the Angels in Served to Taste Revenge Lunch. When Vanilla is apparently killed trying to fix a TV antenna so the others can watch a show, Normad goes off and takes the Angels hostage, berating them for their selfishness and bad behavior that has caused his precious Vanilla to die! When you find out what really happened to her and what happens next, you might almost feel sorry for Normad. Almost.
I cannot recommend this series highly enough. It may not be for everyone, but give it a try and see what you think."
