The acting was superb, and being based on a true story, I thought there would be more about the shoot rather than the history of the boys. K. K. (GAMER) Reviewed on 7/2/2018... True story. Movie funded by Forest Whitaker. Michael B. Jordan excels with his acting ability once again and I compare him to the great acting ability of Denzel Washington. The use of the N word was a bit too much at times but that was probably how everyone carried themselves especially the uneducated. Very sad ending to this movie but definitely worth a watch.
