Jordan is outstanding, and the supporting case, including Octavia Spencer, makes the movie complete. It's especially relevant in today's America. True story. Movie funded by Forest Whitaker. Michael B. Jordan excels with his acting ability once again and I compare him to the great acting ability of Denzel Washington. The use of the N word was a bit too much at times but that was probably how everyone carried themselves especially the uneducated. Very sad ending to this movie but definitely worth a watch.
