"I have had this dvd for over a year and still enjoy it. Quick workout, long enough to see results with regular use, yet short enough (at a half hour) to squeeze in during a busy day. Well cued, although does not show variations of moves nor explains the proper technique for tightening the stomach muscles or protecting your back. Easy enough for a beginner armed with those important techniques. Just purchased one for my mother, who wants to get back into working out (and has never tried Pilates)."
