"This "2" pack includes 4 Firm workouts including "Standing Legs", "Upper Body", "Tough Tape 2" and "5 Day Abs." When I ordered this, I could not find a list of these titles. I would not have ordered this item if I had known that I was ordering 3 workouts that I already owned. As for the firm tapes, they are great workouts for the serious exerciser. They make you work for every minute you watch. You don't have to worry that you can't make it to the gym. They would probably be intimidating to the beginner but over time would be an accomplishment to complete. This "2 Pack- really a 4" pack is a great deal for anyone wishing to start the firm videos but they'll produce serious muscle toning/soreness from day one. Good burn!"
If you know anything about the FIRM, you'll love this set!

"Yes, be aware of what you are getting, an efficient and effective set of compilation videos. They are compiled to make them better than their original vidoes with better seques between the sets and more thorough instruction."Standing Legs" is one of the most intense lower body workouts out there. The ab tape is very useful for adding a quick, intense abdominal workout to an otherwise lacking workout. "Tough Tape 2" fully lives up to its name ... be prepared to work hard and see results! "Upper Arms" is also very effective, although a little lacking in bicep work. Overall, you will not be disappointed in the quality of the workout, so what if some of the 80's stuff is a little cheesy?I have been using the Firm for several months, and I have lost 15 pounds and 15 inches total body, including quite a few inches from my hips, waist and thighs! The FIRM delivers ... you won't be disappointed!"

"I would not buy this video, unless you like compliations. That is, it is not a video with one instructor, it is little bits and pieces of all the other firm videos. I think it was choppy, and jumped around too much. Also, after you complete your sets of reps of one exercise you wind up doing it 3 more times only difference is it is with a different instructor. .... they only gaurentee results in 10 workouts or your money back if you purchased it directly from them. So good luck to all who buy, I didn't receive any results and I was unable to get my money back."
I Love The Firm

"This was my first set of Firm tapes, and I love them.Standing Legs is so hard.I couldn't even do it the whole way through for the first 4 or 5 times, and even then it's hard.
Tough Tape 2 is a nice full body tape. This is probably my favorite Firm so far.
5 Day abs is great. I didn't think that 6 or 7 minutes would do much but boy was I wrong!!
Upper Body is pretty good. It's pretty easy but still gives you a great upper body workout. I'm expecting my 3rd child, and I still use this one.(Minus the push ups and with lighter weights)
They are compilation videos, and yes they are from the 80's with the big hair and leg warmers. You don't need the fanny lifter, just use a step stool, you don't need their stick just use a broom. If they get to easy you just add heavier weight. I saw results fairly quickly about a month and you'll see why they call it the fanny lifter. I lost 15 pounds in 2 months doing these tapes!!"

"I bought this DVD to help me recover from ACL/knee surgery. The workouts are tough and ,yes, a little choppy. At the end of a set there's an instructor to tell what's needed to prep for the next set. A nice rest and good instuction except that I feel it's just a sneeky way to tie in several complations of videos that appear to be from the late 80's. I'm an active athleate in martial arts and I found this 2-pack to be chalanging. However, the arm workout seriously lacked in bicep attention. Also, curiously the people on the cover have little to do with the actual workouts other than to update the DVD. Still, it's worth the money."
