Every upper body muscle is well-worked in a short amount of time. The moves are really different and you can work at your own level. Efficient full upper body sculpting. Janet's classes at The FIRM studio are very fun and motivating. She is more subdued than her normal self during this workout; still, I like her very much. I'd love to see her lead another FIRM workout because she is awesome and one of The FIRM's very best instructors - she has more ability to motivate than almost anyone."
