Member Movie Reviews K. K. (GAMER) Reviewed on 9/5/2022... This is just fun and a must if a fan of Kevin Costner and the late great Ray Liotta! A must watch! Henry S. (horrorfanatic) from ALHAMBRA, CA Reviewed on 8/15/2014... It is always a treat to watch a movie for the very first time and such is the case with Field of Dreams. I held out on this movie for a while, not understanding why the movie's highly recommended, but once the movie started I was glued to the tube. At some point, it brought tears to my eyes because I started reflecting on my own relationship I had with my father. The movie is beyond a baseball movie; it depicts second chances (Terrance Manning's and Doc Graham's hopes and aspirations) and rising above adversities (Costner's farm was going to be foreclosed by the bank). Like I said before this was the first time I ever watched this movie, but as far as extra contents, the Blu-Ray version was packed with it. I watched a behind the scene of the movie (Scrapbook). I learned something about what the crew went through to get the corn to grow to its height they needed for the movie. This movie is a definite keeper and one I would revisit time and time again.
