You can select your desired concoction from the DVD menu or watch them all straight through. My only complaint is that when you play the video straight through it plays alphabetically instead of as they were recorded, so the bartender sometimes refers back to something he did in an earlier video that you haven't even watched yet. This is a VERY minor drawback so don't let it sway your decision to buy. I really like this DVD. The set and color are matched with a likable bartender that explains things very simply. Get it! You'll like it! :)"
