Movie Reviews

To get courage to be rich, get the courage to read this book
Mariusz Skonieczny | Schaumburg, IL | 08/13/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Who ever thought that one had to have courage to be rich? Just give me a check for a $1 million, and I won't have any fear in taking it. You may be the smartest and most capable person in the world, but unless you have the right mental attitude, chances are you will never be rich.

Suze worked as a waitress for seven years after college. Finally, she got a job at Merrill Lynch and became successful. Next, she lost it all. Then she learned an important lesson that she is trying to teach in this book:

"The lesson I learned was that my attitude toward money had made me poor and that with that attitude, no amount of money could have made me rich - the wealth had to come from somewhere else, from inside. Money doesn't bring courage, I learned. It's the other way around. Once I took that lesson to heart, I began to rebuild my life." This book has great advice because it comes from someone who experienced what it's like to be both poor and rich.
