Yes, these are the same two blokes from "Little Britain", pulling the same sort of stereotypical stunts. Except that in this case, the humor all stems from the aviation industry. Some of this content is roll-off-the-couch hilarious, and some is just so-so. If you've enjoyed the past work of these two (Lucas and Walliams), then you'll enjoy this. Their humor is definitely an acquired taste though.
