"I bought this in VHS years ago and liked it so much I bought the DVD when it came out a few years later. Years ago I lost about 30 lbs, mostly using the treadmill but I really noticed a change in my body when I did this workout 3-4 times a week. After only 3 weeks people starting noticing and I got alot of comments and questions on what I was doing. Still, 10 years later and having tried many other DVDs I always go back to this one when I have the time (its an hour). It is a longer workout than many others out there but if you follow this you will see results.
I think what I like most is there's no perky trainer smiling and saying "you can do it"... especially in the morning all I want is to follow the steps and get it over with. Many lunges, squats, kicks; you will need hand weights and a floor mat for ab work will come in handy but not necessary.
I remember I saw an interview where Cindy was asked about the tapes; I think they criticized her for the first tape she did that it was dangerous for the back. And she said, people are always asking her what she does to stay in shape and thats what her DVDs are. I believe it since I saw those same results."

"I have extensively used Cindy Crawford's other two workout videos with happy results. This is the hardest video by far. I would say the leg portion is fun, but can be challenging if your joints or knees are vulnerable in any way. I am within the healthy weight range, but felt a lot of pressure on my bones and joints during the jumping portions. Those karate kicks are very fun, though! So, I just skipped the legs portion one time, doing my own version of legs following the rest of the tape, and it was fine.
The arm moves are really good. And I've researched a lot of arm moves. I use light weights, lighter than the ones she uses. This way I can do the movemements properly and without over fatigue. I have to say, these exercises are unique and really do use the muscles at different angles I hadn't seen previously.
The abs are good. Nothing special or as great next to the arms, but effective.
The one drawback would be the length of this video. It's longer than most, so you can't get your workout in quickly. You could, of course, break it up, but I like to get everthing done in that day's workout if I can.
Hard workout - I really respect Cindy Crawford for being able to do it all those years ago. It's not easy."

"i did all of her workouts. this is the best workout i have ever done. you will get in shape and have killer abs and muscles in your arms and legs. go for it. i am gonna order it again because i have the old vhs tapes."

"It is a little embarrassing to still do this video because it is so old, but it is that good. I first did this in high school and I still pull it out every now and then because it is such a good workout. I workout pretty regularly, but this workout always makes me sore, especially in my arms and chest. (This is one of the best chest exercises I have found.) My regular workout video is 30-day shred, but this is great for my 4th or extra workout."
