Member Movie Reviews Nicole S. from MASON, OH Reviewed on 4/12/2010... The DVD was nice and full of historical information. I wish there would have been more inside pictures. The music was a bit creepy sounding and was through out both DVD's. They also could have gotten all this on one DVD instead of two. Over all, the shots were breathtaking and it was loaded with interesting historical information. A really neat history lesson.

The information was not only about the state of the castles currently, but also their history, who built them, why, the changes, battles, and multiple families that resided in them through time. The video footage was quite breath taking. I found myself in awe at the meticulous and exquisite craftsmanship of these castles, not to mention the sheer scale of them. In addition taking into consideration how these castles were built given the level of technology available at the time is a testiment to human ingenuity and determination. In conclusion I found this video excellent, it was money and time well spent. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys learning while being entertained." Great souvenir A.
