This is a mat pilates workout that is appropriate for beginners as well as more seasoned users. It has nice background music and is easy to follow.
I really like Jen Tilly's instructing style. She explains things really well and helps you get the form just right. Plus, how could you not enjoy your workout when the backdrop is Barbados? Gorgeous. The workouts are about 20 minutes but really pack in a lot of good toning.
Shelly McDonald looks a little ridiculous on the workouts. Either she wasn't paying attention when they rehearsed the moves, or they didn't rehearse at all. Half the time she just takes off doing her own thing, and it's obvious she's doing something wrong. It's a little distracting but the only downside of this workout.

A very good Yoga plus pilates workout.
