A Hawaiian Disk, a must for the collector

"This disk, originally recorded in 1990, presents the music of the Brothers Cazimero, 16 songs with video clips from all over the state. I would have rated it 5 stars except, in this day of HD, the quality of the scenes is not as sharp as I'd like to see. Also as nice as the music is, it is only 2 channel stereo.
Nevertheless, having said all this, for those of us looking for more Hawaiian DVDs, not tourist oriented, this is a disk you must have in your collection."

"The Cazimero Brothers have a distinctly lush and soothing sound and harmony. This video program (mostly filmed from a helicopter) is very enjoyable and not to be missed. If you're looking for other heavy hitters in this genre, look for the PBS Special called "Hawaii Songs of Aloha" which is something of a Hawaiian variety show, the Cazimero's 25th Anniversary Concert and Na Leo's "I miss you, my Hawaii". There's lots more good stuff out there, including IZ and The Hawaiian Islands Video Postcards but these and the Cazimero Brothers are among my favorites."
I think it's perfect just the way it is.

"I don't need the latest in HD or audio technology to enjoy this wonderful disk. In fact, the thought that someone would downgrade a product just because it didn't meet their bloated standards makes me sick. This is a wonderfull enjoyable disc with fantastic music and breathtaking footage. I would put it high on my list of favorite hawaiian dvd despite it's supposed shortfalls."
