"Everyone is looking for something different when they purchase a concert DVD. Some want more interviews, and backstage footage, while others just want to see the show straight through without any other type of content. In an effort to appease all of these differing tastes I employed an editting style that is quick, dynamic and always introducing something new. I never cut from the music, that is why people want to see the DVD...there are some bands on here that you will never be able to see again in the United States. Instead, what I did, was allow the bands members to share stories about their early beginnings while the music continues to play under the dialog. The end result, is that you will have found yourself sitting in front of you TV after an hour and a half thinking, "damn, i was not bored for an instant watching that". With alot of these other concert DVD's you will find yourself wanting to forward through alot of the content because, quite honestly, most concerts in real-time, on a TV screen just don't maintain that energy as if it were live. Thats where this video differs, you dont have time to get bored: the video quality is bar-none, you cannot see these bands in this quality ANYWHERE else, the audio is 24 tracks of pristine quality and the dialog with ALL of the bands is impressively colorfull. THAT, is what makes this DVD a must have, and why there will probably not be another one like it."
