Movie ReviewsThe revenge of Slagar 12/31/2006 (5 out of 5 stars) "Hello Amazom com. It's me again Jarrett Suhr once known as aka Slagar the cruel. The exciting adventures of Redwall continues in season 2 and swabbuclking storey of Mattimeo the first sequel book to redwall and the third box to be released. A word of warning this has some mild midevil villance in it should be fine for ages 7 and up. In redwall season two the storey of Mattimeo it has been 8 season since the great rose war between the known deceased vile rat Cluny the Scourge. The peace has been shattered the vile masked Fox Slagar. Furious at the death of his mother Sela and the injuries he astained after he was bitten on the face by the great addder Asmodeous slagar now an adult returns to redwall. With the help of his toddie a young rat name Vitch and his vermin hord the clever fox bretches the abbey and drugs the residence. When Mathisis awakes he discoveres that his son Mattimoe and several of the other children have been taken to sever as slaves. If that was not worse enough shortly after Mathisis departs the abbey with his companions Basil Stage Hare and Jess the squirrel another conquer sets his eyes on redwall. Enter in on of the most diabolical villans ever created the gigantic raven known as General Iroanbeak. It's up to the abbey dwellers to protect there abbey from attack from this dreadfu bird while Mathisis searches for his kidnapped son Mattimeo. Will Mathisis find his son alive or will Redwall be lost to the forces of evil. Find out in this 13 episode 260 minutes second season of this classic adventures series. A am a big Redwall fan and have read most of the books, so i liked seeing the books brought to life. I saw a few things that were changed, but nothing to big. The voices and animations were well done."
