i have been watching this film since my 1960's childhood. Even though it's plot unashamedly rips off the MOST DANGEROUS GAME movie, I still like it. The gore effects are pretty explicit by 1961 standards and the lead actor just happens to look like Lionel Atwill (my fave horror actor) and the cardboard sets give themselves away as being "in your face" fake in this FILM CHEST "restored" version (the picture quality is that good). Left to rot in public domain bargain bins for years, this film has been restored flawlessly in both sound and picture by FILM CHEST. Digital enhancement and digitally erasing major flaws in the film print is a specialty of this company's product. Every title they sell, is a digital gem. I should know, I've bought all of their horror titles and eagerly await their next releases.
Their "restored" versions are worth every penny you pay for them.
BTW BLOODLUST! is a bare bones edition that contains the feature film and scene selections only.
