Member Movie Reviews Steven H. (sehamilton) from BIRMINGHAM, AL Reviewed on 8/2/2011... This installment in the BloodRayne saga is light years' better than BloodRayne 2: Deliverance. Although I still miss Ms. Loken, Malthe's acting is vastly improved over her insipid sleepwalking displayed in Deliverance. The dhampir angle is highlighted, as well as her sexuality, both welcome advances over BloodRayne 2. Only 2 complaints: The film only runs 70 minutes (minus credits) and the gore factor is quite a bit underwhelming when compared with the Unrated Edition of BloodRayne, especially given this is an Unrated Director's Cut.
