Movie ReviewsGets Old Fast kbradfie | 06/16/2010 (2 out of 5 stars) "I have had this DVD for a few years and for the majority of that time it has been sitting untouched in a drawer. The whole idea of a belly dance workout sounds really fun, but this is just boring. There is waaaaay too much repetition of the moves in this video. It feels like you are doing the same thing over and over again. I get so bored with this video I can't even make it all the way through.
As for the workout quality, I don't feel like this video gets my heart rate up enough. If you are looking for a good workout that will really give you some visible results, this would not be my first choice." |
