"This movie was about a group of people that in one night are all after something different in thier lives. So throughout the night many different funny events happen. Scott bayo plays the jigalow that uses lines to get women into bed, There's a guy who is scared to talk to women, so he starts talking to a St. Paulie girl on his beer bottle, a woman walks in that resembles the St. Paulie's girl, and just when he gets up enough nerve to talk to her, she has left the bar. There is another woman who is looking for scott bayo all night while going form bar to bar to find him, because she loves him, he's pretty busy hiding from her. There is a washed up television personality that use to work with a dog as his co star, and people seem to be more impressed with the dog than him, so this guy is very bitter. There is another woman who decides to go to the bar with her friend and is in a disfunctional relationship, but since they both have the same friends and go to the same bars, they wined up meeting at the same bar, they are the typical make up, break up, couple. During all of these separate scenerios, there is this misterious woman at the end of the bar who nobody knows, but she's from France, and all the guys can't figure out why she leaves the bar alone every time she's there. Another misterious woman has brown stuff on her breasts and aparantly it is always there but noone knows what it is. There's the guy that's always high on weed.
All in all, I don't believe anyone can really excplain this movie, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This movie was about this group of friends going through different things in their individual lives, having nothing to do with eachothers lives, except that they know eachother. At the end of the night when last call is called, if you see this movie only once, you may be thinking,"I don't get it." I watched this movie 2 other times after the first time and I felt that this was a good movie because I looked at it as a character study, and how interesting life really is,when you think about the things we all are preoccupied with and at the end of the night we're left with our own solutions and our own thoughts, and the bar ends up being just a common meeting place ???? VERY INTERESTING. It actually reminds me of the 1979 movie description for "Amateur night at the dixie bar and grill," although I haven't seen this movie, I read the description."
