Member Movie Reviews K. K. (GAMER) Reviewed on 1/24/2024... Feels like a true story but was only loosely based on the real-life murder spree of Charles Starkweather and his girlfriend, Caril Ann Fugate in 1958 according to one source. A very young Martin Sheen and Sissy Spacek, and other actors and actresses had a stellar acting performance in this. The way the plotline was written, it makes viewers like these characters when they should not. A must watch but be warned this is very gritty and cringeworthy for most!
