Austin Pendleton gives one of the best performances I've seen in recent years, Lance Reddick and Meghan McDonough are also outstanding. Not your average boring, shoot-em-up cop flick. For fans of film noir, where no one is really good, Bad City (also known as Dirty Work on TV) goes into the the multi-dimensional facets of the dark aspects of the corrupt characters portrayed brilliantly by Lance Reddick and Austin Pendleton. I was glad to find it was on DVD after searching for Dirty Work (2006) for a long time. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do."
