"I'll be honest. What got me watching this movie in the first place? Well, I was flipping channels and caught a quick glimpse of Jennifer Espinito, Just as if she were standing on the side of the highway hitchiking, and I slammed on the brakes to stop and pick her up, my channel surfing stopped dead right there!!!!
Not expecting a hell of alot from a movie she were starring in, I decided to check a bit of it out, since I was lucky enough to catch it right at the beginning of the movie.
To my pleasant surprise my interest was grabbed and held right from the start. The storyline seemed interesting enough, the acting very good, and it truly just kept getting better, and more interesting, and entertaining.
Robert patrick and Jennifer Espinito had great chemistery throughout the movie. Being a movie you've never heard of, you'd figure, or expect it to end up being a movie that gets to hard to believe. Though this movie seemed as if it were going to go that way, they could not have wrapped it up better.
as the credits begin rolling, you'll find yourself sitting there, eyebrows raised, and saying out loud "That was a really great movie!"
IT WAS! AND IT IS WELL WORTH CHECKING OUT!!!!"

"BlackFlash is a good movie when you are just bored and want to sit down and watch a flick. There is a lot of good twist and turns which are exectued really well. What makes this movie is the performances from a very talented cast. Robert Patrick is the "hero" and does a great job with his character through out the film. Jennifer Espizito does a great job as the "Femme Fatale" of movie. This girl is so much more then another pretty face in Hollywood and I wish other directors will notice her talents very soon. Melissa Joan Hart (TV's Sabrina) has a very small role in this movie which is a bummer. The very talented Hart is one of the best up and coming actress and once she gets out of that Sabrina TV show is going to be a face you see in many major films in the years to come. I did love her role was the mortition who uses her Crime Boss's dead enemies bodies to smuggle cash. Creative idea, but wouldn't be better if it was drugs or something? Why cash? Dogs can't smell cash. Dogs can smell drugs, but will police think twice if a dog goes a crazy on a dead body? Would they even check the body if it has drugs? Or will they think its just in the casket? Sorry my twisted little mind is wondering here.I enjoyed this movie. That is all I can say about it. If you are expecting OSCAR stuff then don't bother. If you pass this movie up because you don't see any "Star" actors then its your mistake."

"I was quite surprised by this movie - I never heard of it before, and going thru the movie section of the TV guide, decided to tape it since I saw it had Robert Patrick...I forgot I had it until several months later, and started watching it one morning while I was getting ready for work. I got so involved in it I was late! Some things are really weird, in a funny sort of way, but the end total took me off guard. Not an Oscar winner, but if you like Robert Patrick, this is a definite buy."
Cool old-fashioned B-flick.

"Gritty business. Very entertaining. Low Budget. No flashy stuff. Sexy leading lady, good character actors. Parched-out desert locales. Cryptic but effective script with plenty of good twists.
This is the kind of movie John Payne made when he switched from playing handsome singing A-leads to laconic tough guys back in the 1950s. Kansas City Confidential, for example. Later on Lance Hendricksen did a lot of good stuff like this. Maybe Robert Patrick is the new LH.
What more could you ask for."
