Smartly done comedy that uses a mostly vacant gated community development as the "inescapable" location, pursuant to other 'hunted by psycho and can't get help' genre horror films. Danny McBride is particularly amusing in his role as a sort of 'everyman turned psychotic killer' as the movie unfolds.
