I loved this movie, It was super funny and entertaining. It was somewhat different from the books but, it still had a really good storyline. Even my mom enjoyed this movie. I would recommend it to anyone plus the music rocks.

Movie Reviews
Fun, for teenagers -- or those with teenagers! Would recomm

"Saw the version released to the airlines (twice, actually, on a long international flight). Definitely enjoyed. Not trying to become a professional reviewer here, but the film is more than silly mind-candy for the targeted teen market. Touches on teen angst with appropriate humor and story development. Would definitely recommend."
Loved it!

"I finished the book on Jan 1, in order to see the movie air for the first time in the states. It was a really charming movie. I'm definitely buying it when it comes out. It's no great artistic film, but if you want to watch something that's silly and fun, this is it. The girl who plays the lead is cute and very funny. She really does a good job in the role. I'd definitely love to see movies made of more of the books in the series."
Laugh out loud!

"This is one of the cutest movies I've seen in a while. I purchased it for my daughter (who is a teenager) and we laughed like loons on loon tablets! You must be able to follow or at least figure out British teen slang but other than that it's very entertaining. We're now collecting the books the movie is based on."
Too many changes

"I've been a fan of the book series this is based on, since I was in high school. When I heard there was a movie, I was super excited. Then I saw it. If it were not based on the book, I would have rated it higher. However, because it is based on the book I didn't like it. There were too many changes and they did not seem necessary at all. Some of the casting felt wrong, especially Robbie and Tom. I really like the actor who plays Robbie, but he seemed a lot younger than Tom. Dave the Laugh (my favorite character in the series) was ok, but his dialogue felt awkward instead of funny and cheeky. The differences do not end here, but I won't continue. If you like it, that is great. As a fan of the books, I can't accept it."

"I watched this with my 11 year old daughter. She really enjoyed the movie.
It's about a 14 year old girl who has a crush on a boy and she's trying hard to get his attention even though he seems to have the perfect girlfriend. Her parents have an incredible relationship, but her father goes to Australia for his job and her mother is left behind with her and her sister. Georgia believes her mom will leave her father for a younger man who happens to be fixing their house. A boy she has no interest in has a crush on her. Her best friend is dating her crushes brother...it's a really good story. Very funny too!! It does have a mature element to it with girls and their first kisses, bras and actual thongs."
